Develop a practical operating model for AI-enabled business systems: their people, interfaces, data, dependencies, authority, and outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL PRACTICE
Understand. Observe.
Act with evidence.
Map a bounded business capability. Inspect requests, records, logs, and identity signals. Form testable hypotheses. Plan safe changes, controlled recovery, and accountable handoff.
For technical generalists, operators, IT and support professionals, builders, and prepared career changers. A computer, foundational digital literacy, and readiness to follow authority and data boundaries are required.

7.25hIn productionLabs 00–03 add 32 hours of progressively less guided practice. Knowledge, professional-practice review, and a final unfamiliar-business practical complete the 100-hour effort target.
COMPLETION BOUNDARY
Evidence comes before issuance.
Successful completion requires required lessons, exercises, labs, checkpoints, reviews, and the final practical, with the published gates and safety review. Current completion earns the BSSI Applied AI Systems Technician — Foundations Certificate of Completion.
Course completion is separate from any future independent professional certification. BSSI Institute is not currently accredited or a licensing or regulatory authority. Employment and salary outcomes are not guaranteed.
Founding release: Module 1 and Lab 00 are available. Modules 2–8, later labs, and the final practical remain in production. Cohort dates and support arrangements will be announced when finalized.
